Modi takes aim at Akhilesh's alliance with New Bua - Mamata Banerjee
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi has confirmed that the national cricket team will undergo training with the country's army in a ten-day camp from March 25 to April 8. This initiative aims to enhance the players' fitness levels ahead of upcoming series and tournaments, including matches against New Zealand, Ireland, England, and the T20 World Cup. Naqvi expressed his concern over the players' fitness during the recent Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and emphasized the need for improvement.
The decision to train with the military echoes a previous collaboration during Misbah-ul-Haq's captaincy when the Pakistan team organized a training camp at Kakul Academy to prepare for their Test series against England. Notably, during that period, Misbah's century in the first Test was celebrated with ten pushups, followed by a military salute, highlighting the team's alignment with the armed forces for physical conditioning.
